Position Summary
Note : These are full-time temporary opportunities (up to 7 months). Most roles begin April 27, 2026 , with one position starting early on March 30, 2026.
The City of Regina is recruiting up to six (6) Civil and / or Environmental Engineering employment opportunity in the Traffic Engineering Branch . Reporting to a Project Engineer, this position performs technical support work in the field of asset management of roadway infrastructure. The term of the assignment will be up to 7 months throughout the summer. Gain entry-level experience in the engineering industry while knowing your work is instrumental to the various facets of work throughout our city.

Candidates will be screened on the following criteria :
The knowledge,skills and abilities for this position are typically obtained through a one (1) year certificate in Civil Engineering technology or an educational equivalent; or senior matriculation and a minimum of one (1) year's related experience in a municipal engineering environment. A combination of education and experience may be considered.

Must possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license and have a vehicle available for work usage (a travel allowance is provided)
