Adecco is currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager for a full-time permanent role with our client based out of Toronto, ON.
The Key Account Manager will have the following responsibilities :
- Manages and responds to the inquiries for the channel Order management system.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, promptly addressing their needs and concerns.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their needs, business objectives, and satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives for key accounts.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to key clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain an industry network, particularly with major accounts and sales organizations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
The Key Account Manager must meet the following mandatory requirements :
- Experience managing large accounts is required.
- Must have superb communication skills
- korean language is considered a strong asset.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in a related field or role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement innovative solutions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and improve operational effectiveness.
- A track record of achieving high order accuracy and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; additional relevant certifications or training are a plus.
