The Opportunity :
We are looking for a Campus Recruitment Coordinator on the Management Consulting Campus Recruitment team! In this role, you will be a part of high performing team that has a passion for people.
This role supports planning and executing the undergraduate campus recruitment activities across Canada. You will gain experience with HR systems, administrative HR tasks and build relationships with the Campus Specialist and the Campus Recruiting Manager for Management Consulting.

What you will do
- Assist with logistical planning of pre-identification events, from information sessions, skill building workshops, and conferences.
- Support monitoring of industry standards.
- Aid Campus Specialist in implementing the necessary processes to attract and recruit top talent .
- Coordinate candidate resume review.
- Schedule candidate interviews (Round 1 & Round 2).
- Share interview materials with the Business and candidates (Unbiased training, resume review training and case study materials).
- Support granting access to required HR systems for team members conducting candidate interviews.
- Track recruitment progress and facilitate status update meetings.
- Facilitate pre-boarding candidate background checks.
- Aid Campus Specialist with preparing offer letters.
- Aid Campus Specialist with onboarding university students and graduates (full time, summer and coop).
- Organize laptop delivery to students.
- Handle Logistics for student’s first day.
- Perform related work and projects as required.

Additional Details :
- 6-to-8-month contract position with opportunity to extend
- Hybrid Position
- First day, team events and last day will be in office.
- 1-2 days per week in the office (days of your choice)
- KPMG Vancouver Office Location : 777 Dunsmuir St 11th Floor, Vancouver BC V7Y 1K3
- $22 / Hr
- 50 hours (Full time) during Recruitment Season (May, September and January)
- Opportunity for Part time during less busy times if you are completing classes as well.
- Start Date : September 2nd, 2024
