Skills and Responsibilities :

• Prefer Business Analysis experience in Airline Domain
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills
• Problem Solving.
• Well-organized and reliable.
• Agile work experience in both Scrum and Kanban modes.
• Positive attitude.
• customer focus aptitude
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Have Interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Visio
• Nice to have exposure on Postman.
• Nice to have knowledge of Azure cloud platform,
• Should have hands on experience in basic level SQL.
• Working Knowledge of APIs.
• Good Hands on experience on Jira and Confluence
• Act as a liaison between Business , business partners, scrum teams. Solution designers and Release Train engineers.
• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and workflow analysis.
