Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative We are seeking (5) dynamic and bilingual Insurance Sales Representatives for our client in the insurance industry.

- Hybrid position with 2 days in-office in Chabanel.
- Monday to Friday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm, one week per month from 12 pm to 8 pm.

Responsibilities :
- Understand clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Process quotes and underwrite auto and home insurance policies.
- Advise new clients on auto and home insurance.
- Update existing insurance policies for our clients, taking into account their evolving needs; propose new products if necessary.
- Build customer loyalty by providing outstanding service.
- Underwrite new business, append endorsements, and issue renewals by obtaining all necessary client information for pricing and risk analysis.
- Stay informed about the latest production guidelines and regulatory obligations.
What you will need to succeed :
- University or college degree is a significant asset.
- 1 year of sales and customer service experience (an asset).
- Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to offer products tailored to their needs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong autonomy.
- Ability to manage priorities.
- Excellent computer skills to familiarize oneself with new applications.
