Head of Enterprise Sales

Dedicated to innovation and growth, they aim to scale to $100M in revenue and are seeking a strategic, hands-on sales leader to help achieve this milestone.
We are seeking a seasoned and motivated Head of Enterprise Sales to lead and build a team of Enterprise Account Executives.
This role requires a hands-on approach to leadership and sales, working closely with the CEO to develop and implement a comprehensive sales framework to drive deeper and wider market penetration in the enterprise segment.
- Develop and execute an effective enterprise sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Enterprise AEs.
- Engage directly in sales activities, leveraging your expertise to close high-value deals.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in North America and global markets.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Extensive experience in enterprise sales leadership roles.
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and people management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Remote, but must have ability to travel 25%, including monthly travel to the head office in Canada.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
