We are looking for a Sales Account Manager who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.

As the Sales Account Manager, you will develop and maintain effective global relationships within an existing customer portfolio to ensure, sustain and grow existing revenue, win repeat business, and achieve global growth targets.
You will execute by successful proactive client renewals (RFPSs), pricing optimization and share of wallet opportunities.
This role requires continuous outreach and / or active discussions with the client and partners in order to uncover requirements through Know Your Client strategies and develop creative solutions to help meet customer needs, goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will be able to articulate the Element Arval (global) value proposition and suite of products and services, manage / overcome objections and address outstanding client escalations, questions and concerns.
Lastly, you will help to build client strategies to achieve global revenue growth and client retention in collaboration with Operational Teams.
A Day in the Life
Maintain, nurture, and expand services offered to client within assigned portfolio
Consistently maintain operating discipline measured in SFDC (i.e. Coverage Metrics, Forecasting, Account Plans, Risk Assessments, Opportunity creation, maintenance, and updates, Client & Pricing Overviews, etc.)
Build qualified opportunities to increase share of wallet for further development and closure
Leverage TMO, Salesfore.com Effectiveness, Marketing team and tools to identify additional opportunities and leverage best practices
Lead and collaborate with cross functional teams to engage with the client to execute against Customer Engagement Plans (Strategic Consulting, Fleet Partnership Solutions, Ordering, etc.
to meet client objectives
Liaison with FPS and other Operational Teams in order to deliver a consistent superior client experience
Requirements
BS or BA in business or related field required
Experience and comfortable working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Proven strong financial and business acumen required
Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years in strategic account management or related position
Experience within the fleet / vehicle management or a related industry is desirable
Excellent project management skills with the ability to be organized, prioritize workload and execute plans effectively
Resourceful with the ability to navigate within a large organization to achieve client and corporate initiatives
