Our client in Peel Region is actively looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Processing invoices and purchase orders from various departments, clients, vendors, and suppliers.
- Uploading of invoice and payment batches into the accounting system.
- Collaborate with operations to facilitate the purchase order approval process and follow up on pending invoices.
- Reconcile vendor statements.
- Assist in processing mass bills, consolidations, EDI reconciliations, and utility invoice processing
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION
- Post-secondary education in finance or accounting or equivalent experience with at least year of Accounts Payable experience.
- Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Must have Advance Excel skills .
- Have experience with NetSuite software
