The Job Store est à la recherche d'un support IT pour son client situé à Tournai
Vos futures responsabilités :
- Vous assurez le support des logiciels spécifiques du département ;
- Vous aidez vos collègues à résoudre les questions et les problèmes liés à l’informatique ;
- Vous effectuez des diagnostics et traitez les incidents divers
- Vous apportez votre aide dans la surveillance de l’infrastructure informatique au quotidien
Profiel
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier ou master en informatique ;
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des langages : PHP JavaScript (obligatoires)
- Vous maitrisez le SQL et les bases de données MsSQL et MySQL
- Vous connaissez l’ERP Ax (MicroSoft) est un plus;
- La maîtrise de l’anglais est un plus
- Vous êtes rigoureux et précis
- Vous avez un bon esprit d’analyse
- Vous savez vous intégrer dans une équipe et faire preuve de capacités relationnelles positives
