The location in Montreal, (Quebec, Canada), is seeking talent to fill the position of IT Supervisor - Application Support . This job is full-time permanent.
Your challenges
- Manage application priorities for different systems in collaboration with business users
- Manage budgets and vendors used for applications
- Analyze and prioritize needs with different business departments
- Prioritize the work of team members and support them in their work
- Actively participate in various projects involving your team as a coordinator
- Develop and implement new NEW or other solution
- Support the team that will provide level 1 and 2 support for applications
- Follow-up on internal audit controls regarding the processes surrounding code and data management
- Implement and monitor systems-level quality assurance management processes
- Conduct team member assessments and ensure the personal development of each team member
- Update the system documentation
Your profile :
Baccalaureate degree in computer science or related discipline or equivalent experienceMinimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in support and development team leadershipMinimum of 5-7 years of relevant technical experience with . NET, SSRS and SQL ServerRecent experience in managing a support teamYour skills :
