We are currently hiring for a Director of Finance role with a well known organization in Guelph. Our growing client is looking for a Director of Finance who can demonstrate both technical proficiency and leadership amongst their team and stakeholder groups.
While reporting to the CEO, you will utilize your operational skills through analysis, planning, cash management, and oversight of administrative controls.

Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to align with the company’s goals and objectives
- Management of residential construction projects
- Monthly / annual financial reporting and related metrics
- Oversight of administrative controls
- Communication with partners, investors, and stakeholder groups
- Operational accounting
- Fundraising activities
- Cashflow management
Requirements :
- To be considered for this opportunity you must have your CPA
- At least 5 years of experience at the management level
- Must have technical proficiency and be willing to do some operational accounting
- To be considered you must construction industry experience
- Experience with Sage is strongly preferred however not required
