Main Responsibilities :
- Maintain high-quality communication with clients and insurers.
- Identify client risks and needs.
- Negotiate with insurers on behalf of clients.
- Advise on insurance products that meet client needs.
- Assist clients during renewals.
- Analyze financial information.
- Provide an exemplary client experience aligned with our values.
- Perform any other related tasks.
Education and Experience :
- Valid license in personal insurance (AMF).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in group insurance.
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Office 365. TAM is an asset.
- Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
Required Skills :
- Excellent listening skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to build trust-based relationships with clients.
- Aptitude for negotiation and risk analysis.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
