Description de posteStudent term employment (i.e. Co-op) New graduate opportunities Early career programs and other emerging talent pathways Collaborate with business leaders and HR to align talent strategies with organizational goals. Build strong relationships with post-secondary institutions career centers and industry partners to showcase Chandos as an employer of choice. Represent Chandos at career fairs networking events and community activities promoting exciting opportunities for students and early-career professionals. Create an engaging onboarding experience and support participants throughout their journey. Track program success through KPIs like engagement retention and rehire rates. Innovate! Bring forward ideas for scholarships mentorship programs development projects and more. Supporting the HR program and policy team with other initiatives as required. 5 years of HR experience ideally with a focus on talent acquisition or student programs. A degree in Business HR or a related field. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills. Strong organizational abilities and a knack for managing multiple priorities. Strategic thinking with a passion for diversity equity and inclusion. Bonus points for student employment related experience! We are 100% employee owned .
