Job Description

This is a production worker role with opportunities to grow into a team lead or supervisor.

Wage

• $19.00 - $20.00
• Eligibility for bonuses after 3 months ranging from $300-$800 biweekly.

Job Duties

• Package dry powders into bags, pails, drums, and paper bags.
• Place product on pallets, wrap, and stag for shipment.
• Rotate through different areas of the production line
• This is a physically demanding job that includes lifting and standing for long periods of time

Employees may find the tasks repetitive and tedious, so we move employees to different stations as needed. Effective communication and the ability to understand verbal instructions are important.

The job requires keeping track of lot numbers, weighing, and marking products.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to stand and work on your feet the entire shift
• Motivation for repetitive work
• Ability to work in a dusty environment
• Effective communication - verbal and written
• Flexibility to work a few PM / GY shifts due to demand
• Reliable transportation

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Richmond, British Columbia.

Work Environment

• Working in a small team
• Morning shift, but willingness to work a rotating shifts as needed
• STWB required
• PPE must be worn , including a full N95 respirator and being clean-shaven for testing once a year
