Lead Hand PM Shift Job Summary : Responsible for all tasks and duties of the department; including but not limited to : Proactively promote the Regal Business Systems (RBS) and Values.
Lead department tasks in a shift to ensure safety, quality, and delivery are met consistently. Ensure all EHS procedures, goals, and site initiatives are followed consistently.
Work with other departments (when required) to coordinate and complete work in progress on time. Ensure work instructions, standards, and specifications related tasks being completed are followed.
Read and interpret technical documents pertinent to the department for the associates. Follow and comply with site ISO standards and practices consistently.
Participate proactively in inspections of finished tasks or products to verify adherence to standards. Manage training and training matrix for the department consistently.
Update and lead the daily tier meetings with associates in accordance with RBS standards. Promote and practice Lean manufacturing processes as per RBS standards.
Collaborate with extended team on investigations related to Safety, Quality, and other issues. Initiate and record disciplinary actions for direct reports, under the supervision guidance.
Initiate performance evaluations and feedback for associates with the supervisor. Assist supervisor with time-off requests, timecards, and other necessary administrative tasks.
Act as a key team member to our manufacturing operation, offering technical expertise Read, interpret and follow basic diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other instructions or procedures to accurately fabricate and assemble materials and equipment.
Position, bolt, screw, clip, adjust or fasten parts and components together using hand, power tools, and equipment Mount electrical components, including circuit breakers, switches, transformers, relays, contactors, terminals, input / output devices and / or all other related switchgear electrical devices.
Layout and frame enclosures. Drilling, tapping, punching, mounting and installing bus bar sections per drawings or instructions.
Following ISO 9001 standards, practicing 5S and LEAN manufacturing Standards Reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics Work in a safe, clean, systematic manner working to C.

- Minimum High school graduate certificate.
- Demonstrated Regal Rexnord Values and RBS.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to accurately prepare and enter data into spreadsheets.
