Agilus is recruiting for a Payroll Administrator in the engineering industry.
Our wonderful client is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join their team in North Vancouver. This opportunity is a hybrid work from home and in the office role with a friendly engineering firm.
The Payroll Coordinator will process Canadian, US and Philippines payroll among performing other payroll activities. They are looking for an individual with substantial Canadian payroll experience along with having a friendly attitude.
Responsibilities :
- Process biweekly payroll
- Performing various payroll duties including month end and year end activities, T4’s / T4A’s etc
- Assist with financial audits
- Answer any general payroll related questions other employees may have
Successful candidates will have :
- Minimum 3 years of Canadian payroll experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Friendly attitude
