The Role
BGC is looking for a Payroll Administrator to work with our team in the Vancouver, BC office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, multinational organization with a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities
- Participate in full cycle biweekly payroll processing for 700+ employees
- Respond to all payroll inquiries
- Update employee changes within BST and ADP software
- A ssist with benefits administration and taxable benefits, in coordination with HR
- Prepar e workers compensation and other payroll statutory filings for all BGC jurisdictions
- Run various reports as needed
- Issue ROEs and respond to Service Canada requests
- Assist in completing year end reporting requirements and reconciliations
- Assist with other payroll duties, as assigned
Required Education, Experience & Competencies
- 1+ year s experience in full cycle payroll, preferably in a related industry (Engineering or other professional services)
- PCP designation from the National Payroll Institute
- Payroll experience with an organization of at least 2 00 employees
- Familiarity with reconciling benefit provider statements
- Advanced proficiency in M S Excel
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
- Experience with US or Australian payroll would be an asset
- Experience with BST, BambooHR, ADPs WorkForce Now would be an asset

The estimated base salary range for this position is $50,000-65,000 CAD per annum, however base pay will be commensurate with job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
BGC's compensation package also includes an annual bonus, training allowance and a comprehensive medical and dental plan.
