Salary : Job Summary

We are looking for a Referral Coordinator at ourWest (90 Avenue NW)location to work in our progressive, state of the art specialist offices, with great pay and benefits (please read below). This position will beFull-Timewith Dental Reception / Front Desk experience required. The successful applicant must be self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, caring and a compassionate individual to connect with parents and patients. It is also important that this person possesses a positive attitude with professional commitment and is friendly and out-going in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Receiving referrals and contacting patients
  • Answering phones and scheduling patients
  • Responding to inquiries through email and messaging platforms
  • Knowledge of direct billing policies to insurance companies
  • Printing and compiling reports

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Experience with Reception / Administrative work, preferably in dental
  • Must be computer proficient and learn new software easily (software's used in our office are Ortho2 Edge and Curve Hero)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Availability to work from 10am-6pm, Monday-Friday
  • English proficient in speaking and writing
  • Excellent customer care skills in person and on the phone
  • During training, must be willing to travel between multiple offices within the city
