Job descriptionExperience with Reception / Administrative work, preferably in dental Must be computer proficient and learn new software easily (software's used in our office are Ortho2 Edge and Curve Hero) Excellent communication skills Availability to work from 10am-6pm, Monday-Friday English proficient in speaking and writing Excellent customer care skills in person and on the phone During training, must be willing to travel between multiple offices within the city Fulltime hours (10am-6pm, Monday-Friday) Pay based on experience Vacation pay Free uniforms Group benefit plan In house dental care (Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry available only) Bonus pay

We are looking for a Referral Coordinator at ourWest (90 Avenue NW)location to work in our progressive, state of the art specialist offices, with great pay and benefits (please read below). This position will beFull-Timewith Dental Reception / Front Desk experience required. The successful applicant must be self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, caring and a compassionate individual to connect with parents and patients. It is also important that this person possesses a positive attitude with professional commitment and is friendly and out-going in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Receiving referrals and contacting patients
- Answering phones and scheduling patients
- Responding to inquiries through email and messaging platforms
- Knowledge of direct billing policies to insurance companies
- Printing and compiling reports
