Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented and analytical Data Analyst - Marketing Campaigns with strong expertise in SQL and SAS to support Salesforce email marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will be adept at creating insightful dashboards and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide marketing strategies.

This role demands a keen eye for detail, robust analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Analysis and Reporting :

• Utilize SQL and SAS to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
• Develop and deliver accurate reports to support Salesforce email marketing campaigns.
• Create and maintain dashboards that visualize key metrics and insights for stakeholders.

Salesforce Email Marketing Campaigns :

• Work with the marketing team to design, implement, and evaluate Salesforce email marketing campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for optimization.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of email marketing data.

KPI Tracking and Insights :

• Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and business performance.
• Identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities through KPI analysis.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely.

Data Management :

• Maintain and organize data sources to ensure data quality and accessibility.
• Implement best practices for data governance, security, and privacy.
• Continuously enhance data collection, storage, and retrieval processes.

Collaboration and Communication :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to support data-driven decision-making.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on data-related matters.
• Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in email marketing or sales.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and SAS for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Expertise in creating and maintaining dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Solid understanding of email marketing campaigns and KPI metrics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
