Do you thrive in a constantly evolving, collaborative, and process-driven environment? As a member of the Marketing team at Groupe Touchette you will support the TireLink (Car Dealer) side of the business in B2B & B2C marketing activities.
Your skills as an effective communicator who can expertly manage deadlines and juggle competing priorities will ensure our team stays on track.
Responsibilities
- Building close relationships between various teams, including merchandising, operations, sales, & customer service.
- Build reports on current and past promotions and analyze them to provide value added ideas of improvement to the management team;
- Participate in the organization and logistic of corporate events;
- Participate in the development, management and monitoring of marketing budgets;
- Assist in the development of various strategic and tactical marketing presentations;
- Coordinate different internal and external assignments and promotions;
- Ensure the use of consistent information through the various corporate communications related to the brand;
- Develop and manage promotional items for our dealer clients and guide our sales teams as well with promotional strategies to apply;
- Develop relevant content for our various digital platforms and social media that aligns with the company’s values and vision.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in carrying out various tasks and projects.
Success factors

- Marketing passionate : Graduate in Business Administration, in marketing or an equivalent program, you demonstrate a keen interest in marketing and for the tire industry.
- You have gained 3-5 years of experience and are motivated to use your marketing skills and knowledge;
- Willingness to innovate : You always push your limits and strive to continuously improve. Curious about everything, you keep abreast of the best practices and you are always looking for new ways to innovate.
- Strategic Vision : With a strong business sense, you are able to execute marketing action plans that follow the company's objectives;
- Customer-Oriented : Your analytical mind helps you in understanding the needs of the customers. With excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding communication skills, you easily create strong business relationships and increase the company's revenues.
- Language knowledge : You have a passion for words and languages and you are very creative when it comes to writing an oral communication (Ideal candidate speaks French and English but not required)
