JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work experience in Work force software for more than years with configuration specialist certification- PT and interface certification -PT and Report Specialist certifications
- Should be an expert in using Workforce formula Language
- Experience in working with complex system architecture Involving SF and SAP.
- Through Experience and Expertise working in Complex integrations between WFS SAP, SF WFS.
- Good knowledge on Time management and HCM process.
- Should have worked in policy editor and should be able to manage the configurations independently.
- Good understanding on the workforce system flow .
- Should be able to analyze and understand the requirements of time management at global level.
- Hands on experience in Accruals, Exceptions,Roles,Premiums,TCP, Settings etc.
- Ability to understand the inflow and outflow of workforce software(Knowledge on MuleSoft is an advantage)
- Should know the concepts of HR import and Payroll export
- Good communication skills both Verbal and written.
- Should have sound knowledge in Workforce debugging
- Knowledge on SF-EC and LOA set up in EC is preferred.
- Good Knowledge on SQL query and in Reporting ."
