We are searching for an exceptionally talented Senior Manager, Treasury & Financial Analysis to join our growing team and help us deliver on our customer promise.
In this pivotal role you will manage operational cash flows, develop financing structures, and maintain investor relationships.
Collaborating with various teams, you will ensure accurate project reporting and support financial decision-making.
What You’ll be Doing :
- Analyze and review all operational cash flows including forecast of future cash flow positions to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital requirements.
- Create project financing structure / lender and investor analysis Low Rise, Land Development, and High Rise.
- Maintain and foster investor relationships through regular reporting, and providing updates on investor returns to all stakeholders.
- Work with Land Development and Project Management teams to create project proformas and provide strong analysis of financial data (budget, P&L, cash flow).
- Accountable for accurate project reporting (actual vs budget analysis) to stakeholders.
- Work with various departments and stakeholders to analyze financial results and support financial analysis and decision-making.
What You Bring to the Table :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CTP are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in treasury, financial analysis, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing cash flow, project financing, and investor relations. Experience working in real estate development or a similar industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management. With an ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and task delegation.
