Job Description
Altis is excited to partner with a leading wealth managemtn orgaization in the serach of a Sponsorship Specialist for a 12 month contract .
In collaboration with another sponsorship specialist, you are tasked with enhancing the organization’s brand through strategic partnerships and sponsorships across the country. Key Accountabilities :
Relationship Building & Communication :
Develop and maintain strong relationships with diverse partners, ranging from community groups to businesses. Strategically create, document, and communicate sponsorship strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
Adapt communication styles to match the sophistication and experience levels of various stakeholders.
Sponsorship Strategy & Execution :
Propose and implement innovative sponsorship strategies to align with organizational objectives. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and analyze the ROI of national sponsorship events and activations.
Planning, Organization & Project Management :
Keep accurate records of current and prospective partners and continuously research sponsorship opportunities. Develop and manage communication strategies for maximizing stakeholder relationships.
Oversee budget, sponsor invoicing, and manage all aspects of events and programs.
Additional Responsibilities :
Undertake other related tasks as required by organizational changes and needs.
Required Experience and Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sponsorship marketing or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage business development and sponsorship leveraging.
- Experience in contract negotiations and management.
- Excellent organizational and creative skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Smartsheet, Trello, and Microsoft Suite.

Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
