CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (MONTREAL)
Do you have experience in a call center and a great sense of interpersonal skills? Do you have a computer and a good internet connection?
If so, we may have just the job for you : We're looking for a high-volume Customer Service Advisor to join our customer's team, which specializes in the clothing industry.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities : - Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner. - Handle a high volume of inquiries and complaints, while maintaining a high level of service.
- Solve customer problems quickly and efficiently. - Provide accurate information about our products, orders, deliveries, and return policies.
- Use CRM software to track customer interactions and update customer records. - Work closely with other departments to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution of customer issues.
- Participate in 2-week training to become familiar with our products, procedures and systems. Qualifications : - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a high volume environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to manage stress and remain calm under pressure. - Problem-solving and time management skills.
- Experience with CRM software is an asset. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. We offer : - A competitive salary of $18.
50 / hour. - A daytime schedule from 7 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m., with the possibility of telecommuting 2 days a week. - 2 weeks paid training to prepare you for your role.
