Customer Order Fulfillment Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Customer Fulfillment Supervisor to join our dynamic team at our distribution center. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our dispatch team, ensuring that branch and customer orders are routed efficiently and accurately.
This role is critical to maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

What you will do :
- Ensure all customer orders are routed, shipped accurately and on-time
- Coordinate the delivery drivers (agency, in-house and 3rd party)
- Monitor and improve routing processes, including truck utilization to increase efficiency and productivity
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies in deliveries
- Implement and uphold safety standards
- Collaborate with other departments, including customer service and logistics, to streamline operations and address any delivery related concerns
- Prepare and present reports on on-time performance and truck utilization metrics
What you will bring :
- 3+ years of experience in a fulfillment or distribution related role
- Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- French speaking is an asset for associates based in Quebec
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
