6month contract.
Fulltime (37.50hours per week).
Hybrid work : 3remote days 2 office days.

Responsibilities :
Collaborate with management to proactively identify and sourcetalent in critical skill areas establishing a robust talentpipeline for our Contact Center.
Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract toptalent encompassing both passive and activecandidates.
Provide coaching tomanagers on effective recruitment processes interview techniquesand selection criteria.
Stayabreast of current recruitment trends within the investment sectorby cultivating and expanding a network of industry contactsactively participating in relevant industry events and engagingwith professional associations.
Internally promote our services to employees and managersemphasizing our valueadd andexpertise.
Lead the candidateselection process ensuring that managers are equipped with thenecessary tools to choose the most qualifiedcandidates.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
Bilingual in English and French (spoken andwritten).
2 3 years of experiencein recruiting within the financial servicesindustry.
Demonstrated success intaking a consultative approach with internal and external clientswhile providing businesssolutions.
Experience usingalternative sourcing methods with a focus on social media andnetworking tools.
Organized anddetailoriented with a proactiveapproach.
Demonstrated ability tonavigate an environment with multiple and shifting priorities withease.
