SAP HR Analyst
Tasks / Responsibilities
The SAP Analyst will be responsible for developing the company's SAP modules, more specifically SAP HR (SAP Human Resources), including Organizational Management (OM) and SAP SuccessFactors.
MORE PRECISELY
- Analyze needs and write technical specifications
- Recommend solutions, drive optimization and document structure
- Collaborate in the implementation project of SAP SuccessFactors in the company
- Contribute to the complete project lifecycle (analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, support)
- Write technical documentation and participate in user training
PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience as an SAP Analyst
- Professional experience with SAP HR, OM and SuccessFactors
- At ease in a highly personalized environment
- Good experience in writing technical specifications
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Strong understanding of the concept of integrating SAP modules
- Resourcefulness and sense of responsibility sought
- BAC in computer science or equivalent
- Bilingualism required (French and English), Spanish strong asset
