Are you a dynamic Sales Representative with a passion for achieving results? Our client located in Mississauga area is looking for a motivated individual to join their team, reporting to the Branch Manager.

This role is focused on actively retaining, researching, and engaging with our current and potential customers to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Les tâches

  • Business Development : Secure new clients and grow existing accounts.
  • Customer Retention : Optimize retention of existing customers and increase penetration in the company's target markets.
  • Needs Analysis : Continuously analyze the cost-benefit and needs of existing / potential customers to meet their expectations.
  • Sales Presentation : Present, promote, and sell products / services using sound arguments to existing and potential customers.
  • Technological Utilization : Use existing technological tools to monitor progress and ensure financial development.
  • Customer Satisfaction : Ensure that customer satisfaction is maximized through a fast and efficient approach to resolving complaints and problems.
  • Data Integrity : Maintain the integrity of information and data in the system.
  • Market Awareness : Keep up to date with best practices and promotional trends.
  • Relationship Building : Establish, develop, and maintain diligent and positive business relationships with peers and customers.
  • Additional Duties : Perform all other related job duties as required.

Exigences du poste

  • DEP in sales or other relevant training.
  • A minimum of 3 years of customer service and sales experience.
  • Knowledge of construction, building structures, architectures and insulation products is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to take over new accounts.
  • Able to secure new clients.
  • Able to manage accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Profil recherché

  • Must be able to hunt for new business.
  • Knowledge of construction, building materials, architecture and insulation is an asset.
