Customer Service Representative
PrimaryObjective :
Receivesrequests for orders from customers. Makes quotations on standarditems writes orders and relays pertinent order information tocustomers.
The Jr Customer Service Representative is responsiblefor customer service of all clients. Ensures that each clientreceives their goods with a level of customer service that exceedsthat of competitors in the industry and that of ourclients.
KeyResponsibilities :
Provides information to customers by verifying understanding ofrequest; answering questions; offeringassistance.
Initiates service by recordingrequests; forwarding to dispatching.
Collectsrevenue by receiving and recording payments.
Resolves billing problems by identifying the problem; explainingprocedures; forwarding required adjustments.
Improves quality results by evaluating processes; recommendingchanges.
Updates job knowledge by participatingin educational opportunities.
Upsells customerorders when opportunity exists
Enter orders inLess Mess portal
Liaise with distributorsoutside corporate office for order updates
Follows up with customers regarding satisfaction and generatefuture orders
Maintain rapport with customers toachieve best possible
Communicate with dispatchto ensure customerfacing routing issues resolved
Assist in other areas as need be

JobDescription :
Normal business hours are Monday to Friday as early as 6 : 00 am to6 : 00 pm Eastern Time Zone.
Also Saturdays can berequested to work.
Additional / overtime hours asper business requirements flexibility (including weekends) requiredwith significant time investment during peak periods and whenworkloadnecessitates
Education / ProfessionalDevelopment / Work Experience :
2years of customer care clerk experience
College / University preferred
Sales experiencepreferred but not arequirement
