We are seeking a CSR to join our team. You will be responsible for helping customers with orders, customer issues and inquiries.
Responsibilities :
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and online
- Input and process customer orders
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Attend to on site customers
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's need
- Perform administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
- At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
- Positive and professional work ethics
- Proficiency in MS Office
- College Diploma
