Acel Power is seeking a passionate and creative Social Media & Community Engagement Coordinator to join our growing marketing team.
You'll be responsible for developing and executing a strategic social media presence and creating content that builds brand awareness, fosters a thriving online community, and drives sales.

What You Get To Experience
Social Media Strategy & Content Creation
- Shape and manage ACEL Power's dynamic social media content calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and more.
- Craft compelling content text, images, and videos using AI tools or native platforms.
- Stay ahead of social media trends to optimize engagement through trending hashtags and formats.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand and marketing strategies.
- Develop an employee advocacy program to empower team members to build our brand through their social channels.
- Work directly with senior executives, including the CEO, to enhance their social media presence.
Community Management & Engagement
- Engage with ACEL Power's social media communities, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
- Create a positive and interactive online community by initiating conversations, addressing inquiries, and promoting social interactions through polls, contests, and Q&A sessions.
- Monitor online brand sentiment and address any concerns to maintain a positive reputation.
Social Media Analytics & Reporting
- Identify and cultivate relationships with influential figures in the boating and sustainability industries.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, website traffic) to evaluate success.
- Generate insightful reports and use data analytics to refine and optimize social media strategies.
- Seek opportunities for strategic partnerships to enhance brand reach and impact.
Stay Ahead of the Curve
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, platforms, and best practices in social media, especially those relevant to the electric boating and sustainability sectors.
- Continuously learn and implement new strategies to maximize ACEL Power's social media presence.
About You
- Experience in the marine industry, technical fields, or transportation is highly valued.
- Strong copywriting skills with a creative flair for developing engaging social content.
- Passion for photography and assisting in photo and video shoots.
- Proficiency in Canva, HubSpot, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- At least 5 years of experience in social media, content development, and community engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A collaborative team player with enthusiasm for projects and openness to innovative ideas.
- Ability to independently prioritize tasks and media needs.
- Knowledge of AI tools is a plus.
