We are a dynamic, growth-oriented organization, committed to innovation across multiple business lines. We’re looking for a Bilingual Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team! In this key role, you will be based in Montreal, and play a crucial part in attracting and securing top internal talent to meet both our current and future needs.
What You'll Be doing :
- Manage the full recruitment process for internal roles, focusing on sales directors and recruitment consultants, including strategic passive sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with department heads across all divisions to understand their recruitment needs, cultural fit, and growth plans.
- Act as the key HR point of contact between departments, providing regular updates and building strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Stay informed on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and talent acquisition strategies to continuously attract top talent.
- Provide support in employee integration, exit processes, and manage various internal employee relations matters as needed.
- Hybrid setup : Work three days a week from our beautiful headquarters in Montreal in a private office, with the flexibility to work remotely from home for two days.
What We Need From You :
- 3+ years of recruitment experience within the staffing industry; experience recruiting internal recruiters and sales executives is an asset.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required (written / spoken).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with recruiters, sales directors, and other senior professionals.
- Experience in HR employee relations, including onboarding, offboarding, and managing internal employee relations matters, is an asset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
