As a Property and Casualty Insurance Broker, you will work in a comfortable call center environment. You understand the importance of being a customer's first point of contact when needed.

Permanent job
A competitive base salary of $70 to $85,000 per year, to be discussed according to your experience
25% commission on new business sales, paid monthly
Additional bonus $$$ on retention AND on the growth of your volume

$125 commission on CIME sales

Daytime schedule only. No evenings or weekends!!!
Schedule 37 hours per week. Monday to Thursday 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm or 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm according to your preference.
Friday from 8 : 30am to 4 : 30pm
Possibility of a 4-day-a-week schedule

You are recognized for your negotiation and persuasion skills, to negotiate with different insurers
You like to offer excellent customer service and make new sales (with the generous commissions that come with them!)
You have ease to express yourself and communicate

A sense of solution, assistance, escalation and upselling
Management of a customer module of + or - 1.5 million
Proceed with modifications, pricing, loyalty and solicitation during incoming calls;
Shop for quotes from our various insurers.
Management of service calls from his module, management of incoming emails from his module's customers.
Must proceed with renewals, modifications and new business (references, calls received at the office and existing customers).
Must occasionally, at the request of a customer, travel to the customer's home to meet him at his offices, expense account for the automobile km offered in this regard (rate $0.61 / km).

You have an AMF certificate (mandatory)
Energetic and compassionate, you have a sense of communication and know how to put people at ease
You have a reliable Internet connection at home to ensure that your voice is heard
Bilingualism (French / English) an asset but not mandatory
You are computer-savvy to navigate multiple software programs, all on 2 screens
You learn quickly and demonstrate good organization
Experience in business insurance an asset.
Experience in agricultural insurance an asset.
Knowledge of the EPIC or policy works system an asset.
