IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, processes, and requirements, and translate them into clear and concise business and functional requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and use cases, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or optimization.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that technical solutions align with business requirements and objectives.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and test plans.
- Collaborate with QA teams to develop and execute test plans, ensuring that solutions meet the defined requirements and quality standards.
- Support the implementation and rollout of IT solutions, providing guidance and assistance to end users during the transition period.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify areas for further improvement.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, successfully delivering business analysis activities in complex IT projects.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as requirements elicitation, process modeling, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
