MaxSys Staffing is currently hiring Account Co-ordinators for a steel manufacturing warehouse in Mississauga, near Derry / Kennedy.

This position will have you doing tasks such as order entry (clerical), administrative support, customer service / customer interactions, and will have you working very closely with the sales and finance teams.

You will be an integral part of the sales operation team.POSITION IS FOR VALID CANADIAN CITIZENS ONLY ABSOLUTELY NO STUDY PERMITS OR WORK PERMITSShift : Mornings : Monday to Friday, 8am to 4 : 30pm (with a half hour lunch)

Pay Salary : $42k per year PLEASE NOTE : In-Person Interview is required at client warehouse before placementMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide order entry for sales department.
  • Manage order submittals through the Salesforce platform.
  • Liaise with internal departments to coordinate order processing from entry through to shipping.
  • Connect with Finance to ensure dealer accounts are up to date and for account releases.
  • Work with other internal departments and account managers to resolve system errors.
  • Provide customers with Order Acknowledgments daily via the SalesForce platform.
  • Manage supporting order documentation on the shared drive.
  • Process change orders and notify customers of changes with updated Order Acknowledgements.
  • Participate in cross training for other areas within the operations team to further system knowledge and provide support when required.
  • Provide coverage for reception for lunch and vacation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Educational requirement High school Diploma or equivalent GED and Completion of College Certificate in a Business Administrative or Supply Chain related field.
  • Work Experience - 2 years in a related role.
  • Experience with SalesForce CRM platform is an asset.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility and adaptability.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, organization, knowledge of computers, and able to multitask.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Work effectively with a diverse team to solve customer issues quickly.
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.Applications :
