SOMMAIRE DE LA FONCTION
Sous la supervision du directeur Infrastructure-TI, le Tech Lead-Infrastructure TI participe à la conception, au déploiement et à la maintenance des solutions d'infrastructure qui soutiennent les activités du Groupe Leclerc.
RESPONSABILITÉS
- Assurer le leadership technique de l'équipe d'infrastructure TI.
- Définir et mettre en oeuvre la stratégie d'infrastructure, en alignement avec les besoins métiers et les orientations du groupe.
- Garantir la disponibilité, la performance, la sécurité et l'évolutivité des infrastructures. en utilisant les technologies les plus adaptées (Fortinet, Windows, Azure, gestion des accès, etc.).
- Superviser et optimiser les opérations d'infrastructure, en assurant le respect des bonnes pratiques, des normes et des procédures.
- Gérer les projets d'infrastructure, en assurant la planification, le suivi, la communication et la gestion des risques.
- Assurer la veille technologiuqe et proposer des solutions innovantes pour améliorer l'efficacité et la qualité des services d'infrastructure.
- Soutenir le directeur d'infrastructure TI dans différents projets.
COMPÉTENCES ET APTITUDES NÉCESSAIRES
- Vous détenez un baccalauréat en informatique ou une expérience équivalente.
- Vous avez un minimum de 12 années d'expérience en tant qu'administrateur système et réseau, dont 2 ans en tant que Tech Lead ou Chef de projet.
- Vous démontrez de solides compétences en gestion de projets, en communication et en leadership.
- Vous êtes rigoureux, autonome, proactif et orienté client.
- Vous avez un bon niveau d'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit et êtes capable de travailler au quotidien en anglais afin de bien soutenir l'ensemble des usines du Groupe.
- Vous avez une expérience en OT, ou de l'intérêt pour le domaine.

- SD-Wan, ZTNA, principes de fabric IP, OSPF, Cisco, Fortinet, SASE
- VMWare, Azure Stack HCI, Windows Server, Linux
- Azure, AWS, Hub & Spoke, multi-cloud
- RBAC / ABAC, PIM, PAM, Bastion, Entra ID, AD
- Rubrik, Zerto, backup, resilience, DR, PRA, PCA
