We're on the lookout for a "Client Coordinator" to join our team!
We're looking for someone with :
- Great communication skills
- A good understanding of web development
- A knack for writing compelling messages to clients!
Here's what you'll be doing :
- You'll be in touch with our awesome clients about their projects, onboard them, and guide them to a successful project completion.
- You'll make sure our clients feel pampered and receive the support and information they need to stay up-to-date with their projects and make smart decisions.
- You'll be writing up proposals that sound compelling, action plans, recommendations, and other similar types of client write-ups.
- You'll talk to new leads and clients inquiring about our services, introduce them to the wonderful work we do, and explain how we can help them become successful online.
- You'll work hand-in-hand with our team to ensure clients receive the best service possible.
Location :
This is an in-office position in central Montreal. We believe that in-person collaboration is essential for clear communication, brainstorming, and problem-solving as a team.
Here are the skills we’re looking for :
- You understand the digital world and web development.
- You're not afraid of technical concepts and can learn quickly.
- You can engage with clients in positive dialogues, being friendly, clear, and professional.
- You have listening skills and a problem-solving approach.
- You can write effectively and craft messages that resonate with our clients.
- You have a positive can-do attitude!
