Engineer Senior Analyst

It is an extremely exciting time to join Enterprise & Architecture group in Citi. The group is tasked with establishing and developing the fundamental architecture and technological approach for the Bank, operating under the guidance of the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

We are looking for a server-side software engineer empathetic with the challenges that Data Architecture teams face in delivering software in large, heterogeneous organizations.

What you’ll be doing :

• You’ll develop and take ownership of components in our Architecture stack which will provide the services and building blocks for other teams to build upon.
• You’ll code in close collaboration and partnership with line of business and infrastructure teams.
• You’ll be responsible for programming Data Governance tools using the most recent technologies, including Generative AI and Language Model (LLM)

Who you are :

• 5+ years in software engineering, with experience building distributed systems.
• You strive to build solutions that are valued by developers
• You have experience in an agile development environment with modern programming languages and technologies such any of the following : Golang, Java / Spring Boot, Python.
• You have a working knowledge of distributed systems, Rest APIs.
• You enjoy working together on scalable systems, embracing new technologies, and pushing the boundaries of the art of the possible to solve really hard problems.
• You have an active curiosity and eagerness to learn
• Understanding of Generative AI and LLM is a plus.
