- Reporting to the Petroleum Manager, the File Maintenance Clerk is responsible for ensuring the overall accuracy and maintenance of the store price file;
- inventory maintenance and margin reconciling; receiving product into Tronia; receiving product into CRS mainframe; processing invoices and transfers;
and reporting and reconciling.
Qualifications : Candidates must possess some knowledge of Petroleum products and a minimum of 6 months’ administrative, customer service, or previous file maintenance experience.
Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel, are required; data entry skills are considered an asset.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work well within multi-generational teams, be self-reliant, goal-oriented, and learn new skills quickly and set and adjust priorities and scheduleS.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Tronia and CRS Mainframe knowledge preferred
- Computer and data entry skills

Availability : Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm; some weekends may be required
