Reporting to the Agro Division Manager, the File Maintenance Clerk is responsible for ensuring the store price file’s overall accuracy and maintenance; inventory maintenance and margin reconciling; receiving product into Tronia; receiving product into CRS mainframe; processing invoices and transfers; and reporting and reconciling. The File Maintenance Clerk is responsible for setting and modelling the standard for internal service and will be expected to resolve internal and external invoicing and receiving concerns within established guidelines and in consultation with the Agro Division Manager.

Qualifications :   Candidates must possess some Agriculture industry experience and crop protection knowledge or previous file maintenance experience and have fundamental computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel. Data entry skills are considered an asset. Candidates must demonstrate practical organizational skills and the ability to work well within multi-generational teams. Applicants should be self-reliant, goal-oriented, learn new skills quickly and set and adjust priorities and schedules.

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Tronia and CRS Mainframe knowledge preferred
  • Ability to adapt to new technology
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and good math skills are essential for this position
  • Exceptional internal and external customer service skills
  • Must be physically able to perform job functions : some heavy lifting required; crouching; squatting occasionally

Availability : Mon - Fri, (occasional Saturdays)
