As the Marketing Manager, you’ll oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives for multiple active and upcoming projects. You’ll manage a network of subcontractors, maintain brand consistency, and ensure all marketing deliverables are on time, on brand, and driving measurable results.
This is a hands-on, strategic role that blends creativity, project management, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll serve as the central hub for all marketing operations — from digital campaigns and website optimization to CRM automation and event execution.
Core Responsibilities
Marketing & Project Materials
- Prepare and maintain project marketing materials including floor plans, brochures, feature sheets, and fee schedules.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and communication channels.
Branding & Visuals
Oversee project branding including logos, colour palettes, and visual identity.Provide guidance and review of renderings, videos, and creative assets.Websites & Conversion Optimization
Manage and update all project websites.Implement CRO (conversion rate optimization) strategies to increase registrations, inquiries, and engagement.CRM & Automation
Manage CRM systems, live chat, and interactive site-plan tools.Support the sales team with automation workflows, lead tracking, and reporting.Performance Marketing
Coordinate with subcontractors to plan and manage Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.Develop and refine marketing funnels to improve ROI.Monitor performance and continuously optimize based on analytics.Analytics & Reporting
Track marketing performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.Deliver monthly reports and insights with actionable recommendations.Social Media OversightOversee content calendars, growth KPIs, and engagement performance.Approve and coordinate content created by external partners.Skills & Attributes
5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in real estate development or a related industry.Strong project management and multitasking abilities.Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, and CRM automation.Proficiency in Canva, with basic understanding of Figma and Adobe Suite.Strategic understanding of digital marketing funnels and conversion optimization.Excellent organizational, communication, and time‑management skills.Experience in event planning and coordinating multiple stakeholders.A proactive, adaptable, and detail‑oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership.#J-18808-Ljbffr
