New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company is seeking a M365 Solutions Architect to help our client create scalable, secure and effective M365 solutions that align with their IT roadmap and ensures optimal performance across the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Support Architecture Review Committee (ARC) working group and Internal Technology teams in developing enterprise solutions and reviewing architecture.
- Provide strategic direction on M365 architecture and act as a resident expert.
- Collaborate with business leaders to create solutions that meet organizational needs and IT demands.
- Manage integration of M365 services with other enterprise systems, ensuring security and scalability.
- Conduct quality assurance audits and post-implementation reviews for M365 solutions.
- Drive technology improvements, offering recommendations to optimize operations and reduce costs.
- Develop client support standards, as well as hardware, software, and infrastructure integration standards.
- Research and prepare disaster recovery and business resumption procedures for M365 environments.
- Represent in provincial and regional health authority working groups, supporting cross-organization initiatives.
Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience as a M365 Solutions Architect.
- Exceptional knowledge in M365 services, including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory and other Azure services.
- Strong Analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
