Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced and passionate operations leader who will be instrumental in driving the growth and expansion of our business.

As the Manager Operations, you will be responsible for setting high operational standards, creating and optimizing processes, overseeing training initiatives, and ensuring a culture of operational excellence across the organization.

This position reports to the Sr. Director.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operational Policies : Develop comprehensive operations policies and procedures, communicate them effectively across the organization, and provide training and coaching to ensure adherence.
  • Business Synergy : Understand and manage the end-to-end business journey, identifying opportunities to create synergies between business verticals to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Customer Journey Mapping : Define and map the entire customer journey, identifying touchpoints and outlining processes to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Customer-Centric Focus : Prioritize and focus on enhancing the customer experience across all channels.
  • Stakeholder Liaison : Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and business leaders to ensure smooth operations and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Automation and IT Collaboration : Work closely with the IT team to automate redundant processes and ensure prompt resolution of technical issues.
  • Technology Integration : Build and integrate technologies to streamline processes related to the development of this business and establish effective measurement, management, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Performance Metrics : Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, crafting strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Compliance and Process Improvement : Ensure compliance with operational standards while actively identifying opportunities for process enhancement.
  • Process Documentation : Maintain detailed process maps for the department and propose innovative ideas to improve current operations.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in business or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales operational role with experience in process improvement and solution implementation.
  • Six Sigma certification and project management experience will be considered assets.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Sense of urgency, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both in person and in writing.
  • Proficiency in business productivity technologies (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
