Ensure all content meets platform-specific requirements and audience engagement best practices. Apply color correction, sound editing, and motion graphics to enhance video quality. Incorporate branding elements such as intros, outros, and logos. Optimize videos for SEO and discoverability (a plus). Collaborate with the team to bring creative concepts to life while meeting deadlines. What We’re Looking For : Proven experience in video editing, particularly for YouTube or social media. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software . Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement . Knowledge of motion graphics, sound design, and color grading . Ability to adapt to different content styles and branding guidelines . Bonus : Familiarity with YouTube SEO and video optimization techniques .
