Our federal government client is seeking a Business Consultant with expertise in IBM DOORS . If you have 2+ years of demonstrable experience using IBM DOORS , this is your opportunity! Apply today to become part of our client's team, offering full-time on-site work in Gatineau for a one-year contract.
Please note you need to be a Canadian citizen who has or is able to acquire a Secret-level security clearance .
About you
To succeed in this role, you'll need 2+ years of experience using IBM DOORS and be able to :
- Set up projects and assign roles and teams for evaluation.
- Manage tender assessment processes (RFP admin and project customization).
- Complete data backup, recovery, module creation, and sync for sites.
- Provide expertise on IBM DOORS Requirements Management.
- Record scores and export reports.
- Train and coach evaluation teams on recording data within IBM DOORS TA.
About the role
If hired, you will :
- Manage tender assessment processes, including RFP admin and project customization.
- Set up projects in IBM DOORS TA, assigning roles and teams for bid evaluation.
- Provide support to evaluation teams throughout the bid process.
- Manage the migration of bid solicitation data across environments.
- Test IBM DOORS TA v9.6 application and associated products.
