Pay Rate : $20.50 / HR, depending on experience

3 POSITIONS

Night Shift : 7pm-7am (2 Person) Training on day shift (1 to 2 months).

Schedule will be 3.5 days per week 12hr shifts (40hrs per week)

2nd shift : 4pm - 12 : 30am (1 Person) Training on day shift (1 to 2 months).

Schedule will be 5 days per week 8.5hr shifts (40hrs per week)

Office is in Markham. Working from Office full time.

Face to Face interview

CANDIDATES SHOULD BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK ALL SHIFTS. SHIFTS CAN ROTATE SOME WEEKENDS AND STATS WILL BE REQUIRED

Preferred Qualifications :

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Duration of contractor : 18 months total (3 x 6 month Contracts). possibility of conversion to FTE depending on business needs

24 / 7 Support Call Center

Assists in processing orders, preparing correspondence, and fulfilling customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
