Description de posteYou are highly motivated, self-directed, and thrive in complex and ambiguous situations. You are an excellent teammate and enjoy working collaboratively to solve problems through ideation, prototyping, testing, and validation. Demonstrated track record of success as a front-end developer (3+ years) on web-based applications. Experience developing within the HubSpot CMS environment. Expertise in modern frameworks like React, Angular, and Node.js. Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles. Experience developing applications that perform well across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating front-end interfaces with back-end services. Experience using version control tools such as Git / GitHub in a team setting. Experience with design systems, UI libraries, and accessibility standards. Proficient with project management tools like Monday.com and JIRA. Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills. Degree or compelling academic foundation in computer science, UI development, or a related field. Proficiency with using dev mode in Figma. Experienced with Agile software development methods and DevOps. Comfortable working with scripting and build tools. Experienced with rapid prototyping and developing proof-of-concept demonstrations. Background in user-centered design and usability testing. Familiarity with performance optimization and front-end security best practices. Experience working with the AWS platform. What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with development teams and product designers to ideate, prototype, and validate front-end solutions.
- Design and develop intuitive, aesthetic, and highly functional front-end applications.
- Translate wireframes and designs into high-quality, responsive web applications.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI / UX designs and deliver pixel-perfect implementations.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Collaborate on integration of front-end elements with back-end systems.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure application quality and reliability.
- Work closely with product teams to analyze usage data and user feedback to improve UX.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable front-end code.
- Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in front-end development.
- Bring a passion for working in fast-paced, dynamic situations.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and an analytical mind.
