Job Overview :
As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Kipling Media, you will be crucial in planning, organizing, and executing data-driven marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
Your analytical skills and creative insights will help drive growth and optimize our clients' marketing efforts. This position requires a strong grasp of written and spoken English (to native fluency levels) with 2-3 years of industry experience, a strong background in campaign execution, analytics, and reporting, and the ability to work on-site.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evolve audience-specific content strategy(s)
- Work with the marketing and sales teams to develop a steady flow of content ideas aligned with our target audiences
- Work within the marketing team, Design team, and Development team to identify subjects for content pieces (typically short and long-form written, with potential for video)
- Writing, editing, or refining digital copy
- Draft and regularly disseminate technical, industry, and topic-specific content to educate and influence sales prospects, strategic partners, and existing customers.
- Revising and optimizing dated content using information gathered in SEO research
- Sharing content on social media and via email to boost brand awareness and engage with our audience
- Creating content for relevant platforms, including corporate blogs, websites, social media, email campaigns, and marketing and sales collateral
- Creating content and being active and engaged on social media, particularly Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and
- Using multiple mediums to prepare and share content creation, including written, audio, and video formats
- Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing PPC, display, and social media advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proven track record in website and marketing analytics tools
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (native level).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site with our team and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative edge with the ability to think outside the box and contribute innovative ideas.
- Ability to develop, implement, and evolve audience-specific content strategy(s)
- Strong interpersonal communication is needed to collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop a steady flow of content ideas that are aligned with our target audiences.

- Compile progress reports for all the clients every month
