WeAre WSP
What you can expect to do here :
- Independently lead med / high complex operational readiness (transition from construction to operations) and move projects associated with organizational initiatives, client needs and real estate portfolio strategies (such as site decommissions, site activations and temporary closures).
- Anticipate, identify and integrate customer and operational vendor needs and incorporate into projects.
- Demonstrate ability to effectively manage sensitive customers, vendors and materials at a project level.
- Perform project administration and overhead actions such as project setup, billing and invoice review, and closeout tasks..
- Primary project point of contact for end users for project related scope. Support and present end user communications for projects as applicable.
- Ability to manage and identify project risks, determine when escalate, and utilization of escalation path for support as needed.
- Host / attend applicable project meetings; report out and follow up on action items
- Execute all onsite / offsite duties for assigned projects according to program standards
- Utilization of work order / ticketing systems to coordinate project and task coordination
- Intake and coordination of ticketed services requests (furniture repairs, ergonomic product deployment, desk technology requests, etc.)
- Responsible for providing internal and client facing project reporting and maintaining project data
- Vendor management including scheduling, coordination and quality control
- Adhere projects to Service Line Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
- Travel required to support projects within Canada
What you'll bring to WSP :
College Diploma / University degree with a minimum 5 years Project Coordination / management background.
PMP is an asset.
